AAI Recruitment 2020 – Important Details

The Airports Authority of India, a public undertaking of the Government of India, constituted by an Act of Parliament, is entrusted with the responsibility of building, upgrading, maintaining and managing civil aviation infrastructure both on land and airspace in the country.

Airports Authority of India invites applications from qualified candidates to apply ON-LINE through the AAI website for various Technical & Non-Technical posts. No application will be accepted through any other mode. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for these vacancies on the online portal of AAI before the last date. Further details are given in the table below -

Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

The number of vacancies is temporary and vacancies can be increased or decreased at the sole discretion of the AAI. Interested candidates can get the details about vacancy distribution and prescribed eligibility criteria along with the pay scale in the table below -

Upper Age Limit Relaxation -

• 10 years relaxation for PWD, 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer).
• There is a relaxation of 5 years for all those candidates who were originally domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
• 10 years relaxation for candidates appearing in regular service of AAI.

Selection Process:

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Online Examination and will be called for the applicable Document Verification/ Interview/ Physical Measurement and Endurance Test/ Driving Test/ Voice Test for the post.
• The candidates' roll numbers, shortlisted for second phase, will be announced on the AAI website applicable for the post itself. The call letter will be sent to the shortlisted candidates on their registered email IDs only.
• Selected candidates will be responsible for posting anywhere in India.
• The online test will be bilingual, i.e., Hindi and English.
