Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

BOB is looking for qualified & experienced candidates for specialist officers posts. Therefore, candidates must follow all the eligibility conditions given by the bank before applying. These are the following posts that will be filled up through this recruitment portal: -

Educational Qualification -

Candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India/ Government bodies/ AICTE.

Experience -

1 year of experience with Public Banks/ Private Banks/ Foreign Banks/ Broking Firms/ Security Firms/ Asset Management Companies. Proficiency/knowledge in the local language/ area/ market/ clients is desirable.

Selection Process:

The selection procedure is as follows:-

• Online Test
• Group Discussion or Interview

Online Test Pattern -

The tentative structure of the online examination will be as follows:

• The above Sections / Tests except for the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
• The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the sections would be 40% for General Category and 35% for Reserved Category. However, the Bank reserves the right to change the minimum/ waive off qualifying criteria at its sole discretion.
• For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score.
