BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2023: Highlights

The Bihar Public Service Commission has released the recruitment notification for a total of 170461 vacancies to be filled for the Teachers for Classes 1-5 (Primary Teacher/ PRT/ JBT), 32916 Teachers for Classes 9-10 (Secondary School Teacher/ TGT), and 57602 Teachers for Classes 11-12 (PGT). 

The BPSC teacher application form will start on June 15, 2023. The last date to register for the exam is July 12, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website. 

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying.

Here is the qualification and vacancy details for BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2023:

Age Limit (as on 31-05-2023) -

• Minimum Age Limit for Primary Teacher: 18 Years
• Minimum Age Limit for Primary Teacher: 21 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years (Male) & 40 Years (Female)
• Age Relaxation is Applicable As Per Rules.

Selection Process:

• The appointment of the candidates will be done by the written examination & merit list.
• The interview will not be included in the recruitment process.
