Every year 3 May is celebrated as World Press Freedom Day across the world. The 31st edition of World Press Freedom Day is being celebrated in the year 2024. In the year 1993, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution to celebrate May 3 as Press Freedom Day.

The Pension Department has launched an online portal called Bhavishya to track pension payments and approvals for government retirees. Both countries expressed satisfaction at the growing scope of defense cooperation. In the meeting, emphasis was laid on defense industry cooperation involving companies like Bharat Forge and Mahindra Defence. He emphasized maritime security cooperation and highlighted Indonesia's role in India's Act East Policy. The purpose of cooperation is to enhance military capabilities and address common security challenges.
