As per the selection procedure provided above, the exam pattern is different for different posts. While there is a single-level examination for officer scale II and III posts, there will be Prelims & Mains exams for assistant and scale-I officers. Cut off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that are mandatory for every candidate to score to qualify the exam. It will be required from every candidate to obtain this minimum score to consider herself/ himself shortlisted for further rounds of the recruitment process.
Mere passing in individual tests may not be sufficient as candidates should also score sufficiently high on Total score in order of merit to be called for Common Interview / Provisional Allotment.
