Indian Air Force (AFCAT-02) Notification 2023 – Apply Online

Dear candidates,

Indian Air Force (IAF) has released AFCAT 2 Notification 2023 for 276 vacant posts at the flying branch and ground duties for both technical and non-technical. The online application for AFCAT 2023 will be started from 01st to 30th June 2023. 

However, AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) Exam is conducted by Indian Air Force twice in a year for the recruitment of candidates in Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC) and Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches.

Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT 2023

Age Limit (as on 01-07-2024) -

For Flying Branch:

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years
• Candidates born between 01-07-2000 to 01-07-2004 (both dates inclusive)

For Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch:

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 26 Years
• Candidates born between 02-07-1998 to 02-07-2004 (both dates inclusive).

Selection Process:

The selection of candidates for recruitment will be on the following basis-

• Stage-I testing
• Stage-II testing
• Medical test
• Merit list
