RBI Result Grade B | Overview 

Reserve Bank of India issued a notification for RBI Grade B Recruitment 2023 for a total vacancies of 291 Grade B posts including Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – (General), Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR, and Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM.

Eligible candidates will be selected based on the online exam (Prelims, Mains) and Interview. However, the prelims result has been announced, after that Qualified candidates need to appear in the RBI Grade B mains exam.

• Starting Date to Apply Online & Payment of Fee: 09-05-2023
• Last Date to Apply Online & Payment of Fee: 09-06-2023 (till 06:00 pm)

For Officer Gr B (DR)-General:

• Date of Phase I Online Examination: July 09, 2023
• Date of Phase II Online Examination: July 30, 2023
• Date of RBI Grade B Prelims Result: July 18, 2023

For Officer Gr B (DR)-DEPR:

• Date of Phase I Online Examination: July 16, 2023
• Date of Phase II Online Examination: September 02, 2023

For Officer Gr B (DR)-DSIM:

• Date of Phase I Online Examination: July 16, 2023
• Date of Phase II Online Examination: August 19, 2023

Steps to Check the RBI Grade B Result 2023

• Visit the official website https://www.rbi.org.in/.
• Scroll Down and click on the Opportunities@rbi option.
• A new page opens on your screen, go to the current vacancies tab and click on the “Results” Link.
• On the new page, click on the “Result of Phase-I examination for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) (General) - PY 2023”.
• Now click on “Roll Numbers of the candidates who have been shortlisted for the Phase-II for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) (General) – PY 2023.”
• The RBI Grade B Prelims Result pdf appears on the screen, search your roll number in the qualifying status using Ctrl+F shortcut. 

RBI Grade B Mains Exam Pattern

The candidates who qualify in the Prelims exam will be appear for the mains exam or second phase .

• There are three separate papers in the main exam.
• For RBI Grade B Officers in Gr B (DR)- General, candidates have to appear for Paper I, II, and III.
• For RBI Grade B Officers in Gr B (DR)- DEPR & DSIM, candidates have to appear for Paper-II, and III.
• Paper I & III are 50% Objective & 50 % descriptive while Paper- II is Descriptive only.
• Each paper will be of 100 marks.
• The English paper is a descriptive test.
