RPSC Junior Legal Officer Recruitment 2023 – Apply Online

Hello Candidates,

Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released RPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification for the 140 Junior Legal Officer (JLO) posts on its official website.  Out of total 140 posts, 134 are for Non-TSP and 06 are for TSP region. The registration process for these posts  will start on July 10 and will conclude on August 09, 2023.

The willing and eligible candidates can apply online for the Junior Legal Officer through the RPSC official website at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

Shortlisted candidates will recruit in Law & Legal Affairs Department after clearing selection process. The post for Junior Legal Officer is fixed and the total number of posts received from the department may increase or decrease.

RPSC JLO Eligibility Criteria

Applicants are required to ensure their eligibility before applying as per the prescribed eligibility criteria-

Educational Qualification -

The educational qualification required for applying for the RPSC JLO Recruitment 2023 is as follows:

• Must be a Law Graduate from a University established by Law in India or its equivalent with three years course of proficiency(Professional) degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Age limit (as on 01.01.2024) -

• Minimum Age - 21 years
• Maximum Age - 40 years

Age Relaxation -

• Male Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC and More BC, and EWS of Rajasthan State: 5 Years
• Women Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC and More BC, and EWS of Rajasthan State: 10 Years
• Women Candidates belonging to General Category: 5 Years
• There is no upper age limit for widowed and divorced women.

Grade Pay- 3600/- (Level-10)

Scheme of Selection 

The selection process for the RPSC JLO Recruitment 2023 consists of two stages: 

• Written Test 
• Interview

• For Gen/ BC/ EBC (CL) Candidates: Rs. 600/-
• For SC/ ST/ PwD/ BC/ EBC/ EWS (NCL) Candidates: Rs. 400/-
