Good news for candidates waiting for clerk recruitment in SBI Bank. Recently, State Bank of India has invited applications from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) in Clerk Cadre on a total of 5121 vacancies.

Candidates can appear for the test only once under this recruitment project. The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT/Special area.

• There is no provision for Inter Circle Transfer / Inter State Transfer for Junior Associates.

Qualification -

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

Age limit (as on 01.04.2021) -

• Maximum - 20 years
• Minimum - 28 years

Upper age relaxation -

• 5 years for SC / ST and 3 years for OBC.
• 10 years for PWD (Gen / EWS), 15 years for PWD (SC / ST), 13 years for PWD (OBC).
• 8-year exemption for ex-servicemen.

Pay scale -

The selected candidates will get between Rs. 19900 and Rs. 47920. Monthly payment will be made as salary of Rs. Officers will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Lease Rental, CCA, Medical and other allowances and perquisites as per rules from time to time.

Selection Process :

Selection to the candidates on the above posts will be on the following basis -

• Preliminary exam
• Mains exam

Phase I - Preliminary Examination -

• In the objective test 1/4 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
