1004 South Western Railway Recruitment 2021

Railway Department has issued notification for recruitment for General / SC / ST / OBC category for a total of 1004 posts of Trade Apprentice like Programming Assistant, Stenographer, Electrician, Mechanic, Trainer, Fitter, Welder etc.

• Candidates who are 12th pass can apply online by visiting the official website of SWR (https://www.rrchubli.in/).
• Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the merit list.

Required Eligibility Criteria

In this article, we are giving all the important information like total vacancies, important dates, eligibility criteria, age limit, selection process to the interested candidates for railway jobs, they are as follows –

Age Relaxation:

• Exemption for ST / SC – 5 year
• Exemption for OBC – 3 year
• Exemption for PWD – 10 year

Selection Process:

• According to the notification, the candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list.
• Merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation with minimum 50% + ITI marks in the trade in which apprenticeship is to be done.
• The panel will be based on simple average of percentage of marks in matriculation and ITI.

Application fee:

• For UR / General / OBC candidate - Rs.100 / -.
• For ST / ST / Female candidates – No fees
