Here are the basic eligibility criteria for the recruitment as specified in the notification. Candidates desirous of applying for the post of Officer should ensure that they meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified by the bank for the post concerned:

Selection Process

The selection process varies according to the posts:

For Security Officer -

• Selection will be done on the basis of INTERVIEW only and candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 3 to 5 times the number of vacancies as per the decision of the bank.
• The minimum passing marks in the interview will be 40% of the total 100 marks (35% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• Based on the marks of the interview, the Merit/Final selection list will be prepared.

For Engineer, Economist, Statistician, IT Officer and Chartered Accountant/CFA -

• Candidates are required to appear for the Online Examination to be conducted through IBPS. Shortlisted candidates will be called for then Interview.
