Union Public Service Commission has released two latest notification for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) Exam 2023 & Indian Economic Service (IES)/Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Exam 2023 on its official website.
A total of 1312 vacancies are released for different posts. The online registration process for UPSC IES, ISS, CMS 2023 is going on and the last date to apply online is 09th May 2023. Go through the article for UPSC CMS Notification details.
Online applications have invited from eligible candidates for the post of Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service, Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways, General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council and General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in Municipal Corporation of Delhi through UPSC CMS Notification 2023.

Part-I WRITTEN EXAMINATION – (500 marks): The candidates will take the written examination in two Papers, each Paper carrying a maximum of 250 marks. Each Paper will be of two hours duration.
Part-II Personality Test: (100 Marks): Personality test carrying 100 marks of such of the candidates who qualify on the results of the written examination.
The examination shall be conducted as follows:-
Part 1-Written examination carrying a maximum of 1000 marks.
Part 2-Viva voce of such candidates as may be called by the Commission carrying a maximum of 200 marks.

Note-1: Statistics I & II will be of Objective Type Questions (80 questions with maximum marks of 200 in each paper) to be attempted in 120 minutes.
Note-2: Statistics III and IV will be of Descriptive Type having Short Answer/ Small Problems Questions (50%) and Long Answer and Comprehension problem questions (50%).
Note-3: The papers on General English and General Studies, common to both Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service will be of subjective type.
Note-4: All other papers of the Indian Economic Service will be of subjective type.
