Now, BOB has released an official notification for recruitment to the posts of Specialist Officer (SO) for Fraud Risk Management, MSME, and Corporate Credit Departments on 04 March 2022. The willing and eligible candidates can apply online for the various posts through the official website bankofbaroda.in before 24 March 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022

BOB is looking for qualified & experienced candidates for specialist officers posts. Therefore, candidates must follow all the eligibility conditions given by the bank before applying. These are the following posts that will be filled up through this recruitment portal: -

The selection procedure is as follows:-

• Online Test
• Group Discussion or Interview

Online Test Pattern -

The tentative structure of the online examination will be as follows:

• The above Sections / Tests except for the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
• Section/Test 1, 2 & 3 are qualifying in nature, and marks secured in these sections will not be reckoned for the final result. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the sections would be 40% for General Category and 35% for Reserved Category. However, the Bank reserves the right to change the minimum/ waive off qualifying criteria at its sole discretion.
• For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score.
