BRO Recruitment 2022: Application release for Multi-Skilled Worker Posts

Dear Candidates,

Board Roads Organization (BRO), General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) are hiring for filling up 303 vacancies for the post of Multi Skilled Worker (MSW) from Indian national. The application will be filled up in English/Hindi only.

Out of 303 vacancies, 147 vacancies are for Mason and 155 vacancies for Nursing Assistant Posts.

• Only Male candidates need to apply. Female candidates need not apply.
• A candidate must be either:- (i) a citizen of India, OR (ii) a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Required Eligibility Criteria

The post of Multi Skilled Worker is permanent and the category wise classification of total vacancies received from the department (posts can be decreased/increased) is as follows -

Qualification -

• MSW Mason - 10th passed from a recognized Board or equivalent and Possess certificate of Building construction/Bricks Mason from Industrial Training Institute / Industrial Trade Certificate / National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades / State Council for Vocational Training. OR Passed Certificate Class II for Mason as laid down in Defence Service Regulations, (Qualification Regulations for Soldiers) from office of Records / Centres or similar establishment of Defence. 
• MSW Nursing Assistant - 12th passed with Biology from a recognized Board. One year certificate course in Nursing or Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) certificate or any other equivalent or higher qualification in the field of Nursing or Pharmacy from recognized institutions. Or Passed Class II Course for Nursing Assistant from Armed Forces Medical Services or General Reserve Engineer Force Training School. 

Age Limit -

• Multi Skilled Worker Mason - Between 18 and 25 years
• Multi Skilled Worker Nursing Assistant. Between 18 and 27 years of age

Pay Scale -

• Multi Skilled Worker Mason: Pay Level 1 (Rs 18,000-56,900)
• Multi Skilled Worker Nursing Assistant: Pay Level 1 (Rs 18,000-56,900)

Selection Process:

The selection process of the candidates will be as follows-

1. Online Written Exam
2. Physical Efficiency Test 
3. Practical / Trade Test
