CTET Notification 2022: Recruitment Released by CBSE
Dear Candidates,
As we know Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level teacher exam that is conducted twice a year by CBSE for teacher posts for Classes 1 to 8 in Central Government Schools such as NVS/KVS and other Schools etc.
A short notice for CTET 2022 has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education. CBSE is going to conduct the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode in December 2022 (the exact date will be intimated on the admit card of the candidate).
The CBT test will be conducted in 20 (Twenty) languages throughout the country.
The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through the CTET website i.e. https://ctet.nic.in . The dates for the online CTET Application Form will be intimated during the course of time.

CTET Eligibility Criteria
It's very important to review the CTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria if you want to apply for the post of Primary & Upper Primary level CTET 2022. Here are all essential details related to the CTET Notification 2022, which are as follows -
Qualification -
- Candidates should pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks to be qualified as a primary stage teacher.
- Candidates should clear graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or 10+2 with at least 50 percent aggregate marks from a recognized university to be qualified for the appointment of a secondary teacher.
CTET Notification 2022: Exam Pattern
In CTET Exam, there will be two papers :
- Paper-I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Note: -
- A person who intends to teach for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both papers (Paper I and Paper II).
- Mathematics & Science- 30 MCQs each -60 Marks Or Social Studies/Social Science -60 MCQs -60 Marks (for Social Studies/Social Science teacher). There is no penalty for any wrong answers.
Application Fees:
- For Gen/ OBC (Only Paper I or II): Rs. 1000/-
- For Gen/ OBC (Both Paper I & II): Rs. 1200/-
- For SC/ ST/ Differently Abled Person (Only Paper I or II): Rs. 500/
- For SC/ ST/ Differently Abled Person (Both Paper I & II): Rs. 600/-
