Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is recruiting 10th & degree pass candidates for 1901 vacancies.
As per the DRDO CEPTAM 10 Notification, the recruitment will be done for the posts of Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A).
DRDO CEPTAM 10 Recruitment 2022 Overview
Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is working under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and is responsible for the Research & Development of state-of-the-art battlefields systems required by the Nation's forces viz. Army, Navy & Air Force.
The selection process will consist of Tier–I (Screening-CBT) and Tier-II (Final Selection).
Online applications have been invited for direct recruitment to the various posts under Defence Research & Development Organisation Technical Cadre (DRTC) from 3rd September. DRDO CEPTAM Eligibility
Here are the required conditions for the DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment as specified in the notification. Candidates should also make sure they fulfill all the mentioned eligibility criteria before applying.

| Educational Qualification | Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science Or Diploma in Engineering or Technology or Computer Science or Allied Subject. | 10th passed equivalent recognized Board or Institute; and Certificate recognized Industrial Training Institute ITI. |
| Age Limit | Pay matrix Level-6 (₹ 35400-112400) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits. | Pay matrix Level-2 (₹ 19900-63200) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits. |
| Salary | 18 and 28 Years |

Selection Process:
The selection process will include A two Tier Examination. The tier-I exam is for screening. The minimum qualifying mark for Tier-I is 40%. These provisionally shortlisted candidates of the DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment Tier 1 Exam will be called for the Tier-II examination.
