Next hearing in SSC CGL case is on 13 Jan.

We were expecting that on 18 December court will vacate the stay on declaration of SSC CGL Tier 2 result, but the courts have their own way of working and deferred the case till 13 January. All aspirants who were eagerly waiting for the result got disappointed. Many anguished students even organized themselves through social media and staged a protest outside SSC headquarters in New Delhi.
Throughout this year SSC is functioning itself in very sluggish manner and lacks professional touch. It was reported that during the hearing judge offered 2 January as next date but SSC asked for 13 January. Is such a move by SSC in the interest of lacks of students? Uncertainty over the result declaration continues….
