After IBPS Po Recruitment 2021 & IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2021, now the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has invited online applications for Specialist Officer (Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer & Officer) on 1828 vacancies. Let's tell that like last year, even this year IBPS SO Recruitment 2021 has held at the end of the year (November month). A total of 11 government banks are participating through SO recruitment 2021.
IBPS SO Recruitment 2021-22: CRP SPL-XI
If you want to get a job in the government bank, then the official website of IBPS can apply to Ibps.in, for which online applications have originated from November 03.
- Selection for recruitment will base on online exams (prelims, mains) and interviews.

- The IBPS reserves the right to revise the exam structure which will be intimated through its website.
- Other detailed information related to the exam will be given in an information handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letter from the authorized IBPS website www.ibps.in.
- Penalty for wrong answer (Applicable to both Preliminary and Main Examination)- For every question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth of the marks given for that question or 0.25 on the correct mark will be deducted as a penalty.
Interview -
- Candidates who have been shortlisted in the online Mains Exam for CRP SPL-X will later be called for an Interview round conducted by the participating organizations.
- Interviews will be conducted at selected centers.
- The total marks allotted for the interview are 100. The interview will not have a minimum qualifying mark of less than 40% (35% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD candidates).
- The weight-age (ratio) of online mains examination and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
