2. Completely exempted from tax on vehicles of Divyangjan, completely waived off stamp duty on gift deed, 100% exemption on stamp duty in a reverse mortgage.

5. Exemption of stamp duty to 150 years old heritage hotel, the land conversion rate on tourism infra development based on agriculture duty, valuation of land for a convention center at par with residential and agricultural rates, the relief given to real estate sector.
6. DLC rate will be increased by 5 percent instead of 10. Amnesty scheme in industrial electricity dues also. VCR cases up to Rs 1 lakh will be settled. Amnesty scheme 2022 will also be introduced in tax matters.

17. 5 thousand rupees will be given every year to buy agricultural plants, agriculture technology mission will be started in Rajasthan, 7 thousand farmers will get a grant of 150 crores on agricultural plants.
18. Modern technology will be adopted for protected farming. Rajasthan Augmented Farming Mission will be started. In the first phase, 10 thousand farmers will be benefited. Rajasthan Horticulture Development Mission will start. Spice crops will be expanded to 3 thousand hectares. Rajasthan Crop Protection Mission will start. The scheme started for protection from stray animals. A grant of 100 crores will be given for the wideband.
19. Small and marginal farmers will get seeds free of cost. In the next 2 years, 50 thousand farmers will be benefited from this. 30 crore budget approved for free seeds. 3 lakh livestock farmers will provide fodder seeds to the farmers.
20. 85 lakh families of the state depend on agriculture, our aim is to increase the income of the farmers. 5000 crores were made to the Farmers Welfare Fund. Rajasthan Micro Irrigation Mission will be started at a cost of 2000 crores. Rajasthan Micro Irrigation Mission will benefit 4 lakh farmers.
21. The old pension scheme will be implemented again in the state, appointments after January 1, 2004, will also be available, ten thousand new home guards will be recruited in the state.
