The Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union, offers a challenging career to young and dynamic Indian male/female candidates for various branches as an Assistant Commandant (Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer). 3. Eligibility Criteria for Coast Guard AC Recruitment 2022:

4. Selection Process:

Selection will be done on the following basis to the candidates on the above posts-

• Stage-I {screening Test (CGCAT)}
• Stage-II {Preliminary Selection Board (PSB)} - Candidate’s Verification/Documents Verification
• Stage-III: Final Selection Board (FSB)
• Stage-IV (Medical Examination)
• Stage-V (Induction)

The Stage-I would include the conduct of screening Tests for the eligible applicants which will be a Computer Based Examination conducted at various centers all over India. The screening test will be conducted in an MCQ pattern with maximum marks of 400 consisting of 100 questions with four marks for each correct answer and one negative marking for each incorrect answer.

How to Apply for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2022?

• To apply for the posts fired by the Indian Coast Guard, the candidates must first visit the official website joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in. The application online link here will be activated till February 28, 2022.
• After clicking on the relevant post here, the form will open in front of you, read that form and fill up all the details carefully.
• Upload the scanned documents and click on the submit button.
• After that, take a printout of the form and keep it for future reference.

Examination Fee -

• Candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only) through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/Master/Maestro/RuPay/ Credit/Debit Card/UPI. 
• Admit card will be issued for the examination only to those candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee and who are entitled to waiver of examination fee.
