Allauddin Khilji (1296-1316) - the original name was Ali Gurshup reigned for 20 years from 1296 to 1316 C.E. He killed Jalal-ud-din Khilji and his two sons were blinded and he ascended the throne in 1296. In his time, six times the Mongol invasion happened but was able to keep away the Mongols each time.
