Online applications have been invited from unmarried male candidates (who fulfill eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrolment as sailors for AA and SSR respectively in the Aug 2022 batch. The vacancies for SSR will be earmarked in a state-wise manner.
Approximately 2500 vacancies have been released for Sailor Posts, out of which 2000 reserved for Senior Secondary Recruit and 500 for Artificer Apprentice.

1. Indian Navy Sailor Recruitment 2022 Overview
Interested Male candidates can apply online at Indian Navy i.e. joinindiannavy.gov.in from 29 March 2022 till 05 April 2022. Applicants will be called for Written Exams and Physical Tests in May or June 2022 and Both will be conducted on the same day. Also, the Indian SSR & AA 2022 Batch will start in August 2022.

The selection of the candidates will be made by following --

- One common examination will be conducted for AA and SSR entries.
- All candidates appearing for written examination would be subjected to PFT on the same day.
