PNB has issued a notification for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Manager (Risk & Credit) & Senior Manager (Treasury) through PNB SO Recruitment 2022.

The interested and eligible banking aspirants can apply to the posts through the online mode at www.pnbindia.in or through the direct link that will be made available from 22nd April to 07th May 2022. A total of 145 vacancies have been notified for the Punjab National Bank SO Recruitment 2022.

Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

Note: DA, CCA, HRA/ Housing provided on a lease, vacation rent concession, medical insurance, retirement benefits, and other perquisites will be appliable as per bank rules.

Age Relaxation -

• Age relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST candidates.
• Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC Candidate.
• Age relaxation of 10 years for benchmark disabled candidates.
• Age relaxation of 5 years for Ex-servicemen candidates.
• Children and family members who were killed in the 1984 riots, 3 years of relaxation in age for the candidates.

Selection Process:

Selection of the eligible candidates will be done through:

• Online Examination 
• Interview

Online Exam -

• Negative marking will be applicable in the examination.
• For each wrong answer, ¼th of the assigned marks will be deducted.
• If the question is left unanswered, no marks will be deducted for it.

Personal Interview -

Personal Interviews will be conducted by Bank in the following manner:  

• Candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks as decided by the Bank in Part-I will be considered for shortlisting for Interview based on merit prepared as per marks obtained by them in Part-II i.e. Professional Knowledge Test, provided they fulfill the other eligibility criteria about Educational qualification and Post qualification work experience for the respective post.  
• The Personal Interview will be 25 marks. Minimum qualifying marks in interview shall be 45% i.e. 11.25 for SC/ST candidates & 50% i.e. 12.5 for other candidates.  
• Candidates will be provisionally selected for issuing an offer of appointment based on aggregate scores obtained by them in Online Written Test Part-II i.e. Professional Knowledge Test and Interview.

Application Fee:

• For All Other Candidates: Rs 850/- + GST
• For SC/ ST/ PWBD Candidates: Rs 50/- (Only Intimation Charges, GST)
• Payment Mode: Through Online Mode
