Rajasthan Home Guard Selection Process:

The organizing of Rajasthan Home Guard Recruitment is mainly done in 3 steps. All phases are compulsory (if the candidate fails in any phase, will not get a chance in the next stage).

(1) Computer-Based Written Exam (CBT)

(2) Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

  • The question paper of the written examination will be 120 marks in which there will be 120 questions of objective and the period time will be 2 hours.
  • Each question will be one mark and deduct 25% points of fixed points for the question.
  • This examination will be based on the Offline and OMR Sheet.

(2) Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) -

Based on a good performance in the Computer Based Examination (CBE), candidates will be shortlisted by the Commission for PST / PET.

Physical Standard Examination (PST) -

  • In this phase, the physical measurement and weight of the applicant will be done as follows.
  • Physical Standard Examination (PST) is Qualify Nature.
  • All candidates will be informed about their measurements and the unqualified candidates will get an opportunity to appeal to the physical standard examination board.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) -

  • In PET, all candidates will have to undergo a running test within the necessary time limit.
  • Distance and time limits for male and female candidates are different. In this phase, the candidate will get points based on some criteria, PET will include a race of 5 kilometers.
