Rajasthan Police Recruitment 2021 - Apply for 859 SI & Platoon Commander Posts!!

Dear Candidates,

Golden opportunity for youths dreaming of getting jobs in police department. In fact, Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has invited online applications for the recruitment of a total of 859 posts of Sub Inspector and Platoon Commander for TSP and Non-TSP field in Rajasthan Police.

• The post is permanent and the total number of vacancies received from the department (the number of posts can be decreased / increased).
• Candidates will be selected through competitive examination and interview.

RPSC Vacancy Details and Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for the following posts can apply online by visiting the official website of the Commission, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. For which time of one month has been given. The details are as follows ↴

Note –Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Age limit (as on 01 January 2022) -

• Minimum Age - 20 years
• Maximum Age - 25 years

Age relaxation -

• ST, SC and OBC category of Rajasthan State: 5 years
• Women of general category and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of Rajasthan State: 5 years
• ST, SC and OBC women of Rajasthan state: 10 years
• Maximum age limit for ex-servicemen: 40 years

Selection Process:

The selection process of the candidates will be as follows-

• Written exam
• Physical Efficiency Test
• Interview

Written Examination Pattern -

The written examination will consist of the following subjects, in which marks and time will be allowed, as shown in the table below:

• Written test will be taken in objective form (offline / online)
• All questions will be in objective type Hindi and English.
• Candidates who have been declared successful in the written examination will have to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test. The Physical Efficiency Test will be of 100 marks and the candidates securing 50% marks will be eligible for selection.
• Candidates who pass the Physical Efficiency Test will be included in the interview of 50 marks.
