Here is the big news for the degree holders who wish to get a Government job through Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. Recently, Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has uploaded a recruitment RPSC Junior Accountant & Tehsil Revenue Accountant Notification 2023 for a total 5388 vacancies, out of which 5190 posts are available for Junior Accountant and 198 posts are available for Tehsil Revenue Accountant.

Eligible candidates are invited to fill out the application from 27th June 2023 and the last date to apply online is 26th July 2023 by visiting the official website rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.

RPSC Junior Accountant Eligibility Criteria

RPSC Junior Accountant Vacancy:

Nationality: 

The applicant should be a citizen of India. Also, the preference for the allotment of the post is given to those who have domicile of the state of Rajasthan.

Educational Qualification:

A candidate for direct recruitment must hold a degree in Arts, Science or Commerce of University established by Law in India or a Foreign University declared by the Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent with a degree of a University established by Law in India. 

Note:- 

For the purpose of the Schedule a degree in Arts or Science does not include a Degree in Agriculture, Medicine, Engineering, and Technology. 

“O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.

Or 

Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. 

Or 

Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications of a University established by Law in India or of an institution recognized by the Government. 

Or 

Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government. 

Or 

Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RS-CIT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited. 

Knowledge of Hindi Language for both posts

Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and Knowledge of Rajasthani culture. 

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Selection Process

The selection process for RPSC Junior Accountant includes a competitive written exam. The written exam consists of multiple-choice based questions. The final selection of the candidates for the post of Junior Accountant is made according to their performance in the written exam. After clearing the written exam, candidates will be called in for the Document Verification process.

• The written exam is divided into two parts.

• For Gen/ OBC / EBC (CL): Rs. 600/-
• For SC/ ST/ OBC/ EBC (NCL)/ PWD: Rs. 400/-
• Pay Mode: Through Online
