RPSC Recruitment 2022 – Apply for Assistant Engineer & Revenue Officer!

Hello candidates,

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has recently released a new RPSC Notification 2022 for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil), Revenue Officer Grade-II, and Executive Officer Grade-IV. 

Out of total of 118 vacancies, there are 41 for Assistant Engineer-Civil, 14 for Revenue Officer Grade II, and 63 for Executive Officer Grade IV.

Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the Commission, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in from 29th August 2022. In addition, applicants need to ensure the following eligibility before applying.

This recruitment has been taken under the Local Self Government Department, Rajasthan.

The number of vacancies is tentative, the Commission may change anytime.

RPSC Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification -

• Assistant Engineer-Civil: B.E.(Civil) from a University established by law in India or qualifications declared equivalent thereto by the Government
• Revenue Officer Grade II: Graduate in any discipline from a University established by law in India.
• Executive Officer Grade IV: Graduate in any discipline from a University established by law in India.

Age limit (as on 01.01.2023) -

• Minimum Age - 18 years
• Maximum Age - 40 years

Age Relaxation -

• Male Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, and More Backward Classes of Rajasthan State: 5 Years
• Women Candidates belonging to General Category and Rajasthan State’s Economically Weaker Sections (E.W.S.): 10 Years
• Women Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, and More Backward Classes of Rajasthan State: 5 Years
• There is no upper age limit for widowed and divorced women.

Salary -

• Assistant Engineer-Civil: L-14 (Grade Pay -5400/-)
• Revenue Officer Grade II: L-12 (Grade Pay -4800/-)
• Executive Officer Grade IV: L-11 (Grade Pay -4200/-)

Selection Process

• There will be a question paper in the competitive examination, which will be of objective type and maximum of 120 marks.
• The level of question paper will be of graduation degree level.
• The question paper will have 120 questions of multiple choice type and all questions will be of equal marks.
• The evaluation will lead to negative marking, one -third marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

• For All Other Candidates: Rs.500/-
• For General Candidates: Rs 350/-
• For BC/  EWS Candidates: Rs 250/-
• For SC/ST/PWD candidates: RS 150/-
