SBI Collection Facilitators Recruitment 2022

Dear candidates,

State Bank of India invites online applications from Indian citizens for the engagement of retired officers/staff of SBI & erstwhile Associates Banks of SBI (e-ABs) for the post of Collection facilitators on a contractual basis. According to the official notification released by SBI, there are a total of 1438 vacancies released.

The job contract will be for a period of a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years for retired officers/staff attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, subject to a quarterly review of the performance of the official in HRMS.

Online registration will start on 22.12.1022 and the last date to apply for this SBI recruitment is 10.01.2023.

Candidates must upload all required documents (Assignment details, ID proof, age proof etc.) failing which their application/ candidature will not be considered for shortlisting/ interview.  

Candidature/ Shortlisting of a candidate will be provisional and will be subject to satisfactory verification of all details/ documents with the originals when a candidate reports for interview (if called).  

In case a candidate is called for interview and is found not satisfying the eligibility criteria he/ she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

Selection Process for Fresh Engagement

The selection will be based on shortlisting & interview.

Shortlisting: - Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. 

Interview: - Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview view will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Merit list: - Merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in interview only, subject to candidthe ate scoring minimum qualifying marks. In case more than one candidate score scoresn cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in the merit in descending order of their age.
