SBI Clerk Vacancy Notification 2020

State Bank of India (SBI) is looking for young and talented candidates for the posts of Junior Associates (in Clerical Cadre) in the Customer Support & Sales department. The open recruitment process to fill up these 8134 vacancies has been started since 3^rd January 2020.

Important Dates-

The exam schedule has been released by the concerned authorities in the official notification. However, the dates are tentative yet and they can be changed anytime. 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates, intending to apply for the SBI Clerk Recruitment Exam 2020, must abide by the following eligibility conditions to acquire eligibility- 

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 28 Years
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines

Selection Procedure

The recruitment process consists of three phases mainly, i.e.

• Phase-I- Online Preliminary Exam (Objective Type- 100 Marks)
• Phase-II- Online Mains Exam (Objective Type- 200 Marks)
• Phase-III- Local Language Test (To check proficiency in the opted language)

Points to Be Noted:

• There will be negative marking in both Prelims and Mains examinations.
• Marks obtained in the Preliminary exam will not be considered for final selection.
• The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Mains exam only.

The application fee amount is non-refundable whatever the circumstances are. You need to deposit this amount within the specified time limit in order to ensure the successful submission of your application form.

• At the bottom-most part of the ‘Careers’ page, click on ‘Current Openings’.
• Now, click on the link ‘RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR ASSOCIATES’ available there.
• You will be provided with the ‘Apply Online’ option right there.
• You will be directed to https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/ page.
• If you are a new user, you need to fill up the registration form first.
• You will be provided with the credentials to log in.
• After logging in, you can fill up the application form.
• Be careful while entering the details.
• Attach all the required documents in the specified format.
• Pay the application fee through the prescribed mode of payment.
• Submit the form.
• Don’t forget to keep a copy of the application form and fee-receipt.
