SSC CGL Exam Dates 2018-19

The number of vacancies to be filled this year through this recruitment exam is yet to be revealed. However, the number is going to be above 9000 according to a tentative estimation. As per the schedule, the number of vacancies is announced a month or so before the declaration of the final result. SSC CGL Admit Card 2018-19 Download

Admit card acts as an entry ticket for an exam. Nobody can enter in the exam hall without having his or her admit card. The SSC CGL Tier-1 Admit Cards have been released by the concerned officials of the commission on the official website of SSC.

  • For all the upcoming SSC examinations, the commission will upload the respective admit cards on the website, a week before the commencement of the exam.
  • No admit card will be sent by post or other courier services. The candidates will have to collect their hall tickets from the website only.
  • In order to download the admit card, the candidates will have to enter their date of birth and roll number.

SSC CGL Exam Analysis:

The first round of the direct recruitment process of SSC CGL i.e. tier-1 exam was scheduled within 4th-13th June 2019. According to the report, the examination was successfully conducted at various venues across the country. Following are some of the focus points as per the SSC CGL Exam Analysis-

  • Out of total candidates, who applied for the examination, only 33% (approx.) appeared for the exam.
  • Due to some technical issues, the exam got canceled at some venues. The affected candidates will be informed about their new dates by 10th June 2019.
  • The mode of examination was computer-based and the time duration was 1 hour.
  • There was negative marking for the wrong answers.
  • According to the students, the level of the exam paper was in between easy to moderate. Almost all the questions were attemptable.
