The Staff Selection Commission announced the SSC CHSL Vacancy 2022 on 23rd May 2023 on the official website. A total of 4522 vacancies are notified by the commission to be filled through SSC CHSL 2022 Recruitment. The commission has notifed the post-wise and category-wise vacancies on the official website.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) finally published the official recruitment notification of the Combined Higher Secondary 10+2 Level CHSL Exam 2021 for 12th pass eligible male & female candidates. 

Candidates willing to appear for SSC CHSL Exam 2022 can submit their SSC CHSL Application-Form from 01 February 2022 to 07 March 2022 on the official website of SSC, i.e., ssc.nic.in.

SSC CHSL Exam 2021-22: Important Dates

As we know, the Staff Selection Commission conducts SSC CHSL Exam Recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India every year. Last year, SSC released 4726 vacancies through the SSC CHSL Notification 2020-21. 

However, SSC has not announced a total number of vacancies yet but will be soon declared on the official website for the SSC CHSL Recruitment 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2021-22

It is mandatory for all the candidates to know the required recruitment eligibility before applying. The minimum qualification, age limit, number of vacancies and pay scale for SSC CHSL Online Form 2022 are given below -

Minimum Qualification -

• For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): 12th Pass or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
• For Data Entry Operator Grade 'A' in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics from a recognized Board or equivalent.

Age limit (as on 1st Jan 2022) -

• Minimum Age: 18 Years 
• Maximum Age: 27 Years

Age Relaxation -

Indian government allows some age relaxation for the reserved categories-

• For ST/SC Candidates: 5 years.
• For OBC Candidates: 3 Years.
• For Ex-Serviceman Candidates: 3 years.
• PWD Candidates: General-10 Years/OBC-13 Years/SC & ST- 15 years

Selection Process:

The examination will consist of a three-tier process-

• Computer Based Online Exam (Tier-I)
• Descriptive Paper-Pen and Paper mode (Tier-II) 
• Skill Test/ Typing Test (Tier-III)

The dates of exams indicated in the Notice are tentative. If there is any change in the exam date, then the candidates will only be notified through the Commission's website.

How to Apply for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2022?

Applications must be submitted in online mode only at the official website https://ssc.nic.in.

• The online application process is divided into three parts – Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3.
• Part-1 is the first step of online registration. In this part, the candidate generates an ID and Password.
• The 2nd-part includes logging into the portal through generated ID and password. The candidate selects the center name, category, and other details in this part.
• Part-3 is for application fee payment in which candidates need to deposit the fee amount via online or offline mode.
