SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 – 1558 Vacancies

Staff Selection Commission has announced the latest SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 Notification for 10th pass aspirants who are looking for MTS & Havaldar job.
A total of 1558 vacancies has released for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts to be filled through SSC Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2023.
The online registration for SSC MTS 2023 has started with the release date of SSC MTS Notification 2023 and the last date to apply online is 21st July 2023.
SSC MTS 2023 Important Dates

SSC MTS Vacancy 2023

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria
It is mandatory for the candidates, who intend to fill up the application form, to adhere to the following eligibility conditions -
Minimum Qualification -
The candidates must have passed the Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Age Limit -
- 18-25 years (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1998 and not later than 01-08-2005) for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue).
- 18-27 years (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2005) for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and few posts of MTS.

Selection Process
The SSC MTS Selection Process is a two-stage procedure.
Stage 1- Paper-1 (Objective)
Stage 2- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar).
The SSC MTS Exam Paper 1 is scheduled in September 2023. As per the revised SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2023, a Computer-Based Examination will be conducted which is divided into 2 Sessions: Session-I and Session-II. It is mandatory for all candidates to attempt both the Sessions.
- Computer Based Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions.
- There will be no negative marking in Session-I. In Session-II, there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
- The normalization of marks will be done.
- The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and in 13 regional languages for Session-I and the General Awareness Section of Session-II.
