1. Under Article 280, State Finance Commission was established in all the states of India since 1993 on the lines of the Finance Commission of the Centre, whose objective is to review the financial position of the bodies and Panchayats and make recommendations for the same. 1. The membership of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, as determined by the Delimitation Commission, was 160 in 1952 and at present is 200 after considerable recommendations of the same Commission.
