Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications for a total of 121 posts of Medical Officer, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Professor, Architect (Group-A), and Senior Scientific Officer. 

The Commission has taken this recruitment for the appointment of skilled employees in government departments like the Ministry of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria:

All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for various posts- 

Age Relaxation -

• Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC / ST candidates
• Up to 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates

UPSC Recruitment 2020 Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the available posts will be done on the basis of their performance in the:

• Written exam
• Personality test (interview)

Important Points -

• The examination will be of 50 marks for the General/EWS category.
• The exam will be of 45 marks for OBC.
• The exam will be of 40 marks for SC/ST/PH.
• The interview will be of 100 marks.

• After Part 1 registration, a registration number will be allotted for the candidates through which they will be able to login and register Part 2.
