Stage 2: Psychological Tests

Stage 3: Group Testing

Group Planning Exercise: Candidates are given a problem-solving task and must develop a group plan. It evaluates their planning, organizational skills, decision-making, and leadership qualities.
Progressive Group Tasks (PGT): Candidates undertake outdoor group tasks that involve physical obstacles and challenges. It assesses their teamwork, cooperation, and ability to handle pressure.
Individual Obstacle Tasks (IOT): Candidates tackle personal physical obstacles to demonstrate their physical fitness, determination, and problem-solving skills.
Command Task: Candidates take turns acting as leaders and giving instructions to complete tasks. It evaluates their leadership qualities, ability to influence others, and decision-making under time constraints.
