All the statements are correct regarding Article 200 of the Indian Constitution.

I. The Bill passed by the Legislative Assembly is presented to the Governor.

II. The Governor shall declare either that he assents to the Bill or that he withholds assent therefrom.

1. Both statements 1 and 2 are true in the context of the Constitution of India.

Statement 1: There shall be a Council of Ministers with the Prime Minister at the head to aid and advise the President who shall, in the exercise of his functions, act in accordance with such advice.

Statement 2: The President may require the Council of Ministers to reconsider such advice, either generally or otherwise, and the President shall act in accordance with the advice tendered after such reconsideration.

According to Article 51A of the Indian Constitution, the above views on fundamental duties are correct.

The States Reorganization Commission formed in 1953 recommended that India should be reorganized on linguistic lines. The Commission made the following major recommendations:

1. India should be reorganized into 14 states and 6 union territories.

2. The boundaries of states should be determined on the basis of language.

3. Special provisions should be made to protect the interests of minorities.

4. Administrative and financial arrangements should be made for the new states.
